cPLA2 mobility shift on SDS-PAGE

Hi,

I am currently working on cPLA2 activation and I am trying to detect a
mobility shift on SDS-PAGE due to phosphorylation of the protein. I have
tried several conc. of acrylamide, bis-acrylamide etc but nothing seems to
work. Does anybody have an experience on that and give me some tips?
