We autoclave twice, for an hour each. I think this is what Eric, the
Ambion guy, suggested many moons ago. 

On that note I haven't seen a post from Eric for quite some time. Must
be inventing more goodies!

The problem with being on the cutting edge is that you occasionally get 
sliced from time to time....
