help please - lysozyme inhibitors

Dear all,

Please could you tell me (or direct me to a web site where I can find
out) if there is a reagent available that I can use to inhibit lysozyme.

I am currently performing chitinase protein assays and have lysozyme
activity occurring (degrading my chitinase specific substrate) and would

like to inhibit it if possible!

If no reagent exists, what should I do?
