try Immunology 5th ed by Roitt Borstoff Male. Probably in your library.
ISBN 0-7234-2918-9 or get a SH 4th ed. Not much difference.
Wonderfull illustrations etc. 

I know you really want an article Wolfgang but this is a nice book. If you
mail me with more details I'll see if I have something in the darkest
filing cabinet or  I can ask the rest of Infection&Immunity what to
recomend. :-))
