Dear All
     We have a project about a bacteria whole genome sequencing. The shotgun 
library has been constructed, and large-scale sequence information was 
obtained. The cosmid library was also constructed. But the gaps are difficult 
to be filled. So hope you can kindly give us some suggestion about it. Any help 
will be highly appreciated.
