Has anybody done Budr/betagal staining sequentially?

Hello everyone!

     I wanted to know if anyone out there has attempted to do Budr staining 
and beta-gal staining on the same sample sequentially (i.e., do beta-gal 
staining first and then Budr staining second, or vice versa). Please let me 
know if this is possible, and, if so, what protocol was followed. E-mail all
