10 percent is lousy you should be getting at least 70 percent.
We used the quigen kit with good results, however we started using the
Gibco concert pcr cleanup kit because it was cheaper, and a bit better.

In recent months, we have found that ethanol, sodium acetate
preciptition works just as well for preparation of templates for
fluorescent label sequencing.....
