Hi Dr Yee,

I am Andrew. Thanks for your help in getting the fellowship. Now, I have
received the grant letter from the Croucher foundation. I am going to sign
it.

The fellowship will start at the first of October, 2000.  By the way, I am
now checking the visa arrangement.  However, I am not quite sure whether I
should apply a student or working visa.  At the meantime, I think your
institute may need to prepare something.  Keep in touch.
