PCR from genomic dna

Yep - some quick things to try wold be using more DNA template (100 ng or
so).  Use a preliminary 5 min. denaturation before beginning your cycling.
Try using the primers at around 1pm/ul in the final reaction, and maybe bump
your number of cycles to around 40.
