There is a beta version of a program called pDDRAW32 at:
http://www.crosswinds.net/~acaclone/
It finds restriction sites in a sequence, as well as doing other nifty
things. It's basically a freeware (actually 'beerware') version of
Clone Manager. Whilst it doesn't by any means have the impressive
functionality of Clone Manager, it is a lot cheaper; free in fact,
versus $450 for a single user license for CM.
I'm trying it out at the moment, and might get round to writing a review
of it.
