need a nuclear extraction procedure giving best yield

Hi netters,
I am working on Hep3B cell lines for STAT3 activation. I  used previous
person's nuclear extract and EMSA is working very well. However, I prepared
nuclear extract and did EMSA, results are not good. This means that problem
is coming from nuclear extraction. Previous guy did not leave procedure and
I am looking another good procedure for nuclear extraction. 
If somebody has it, could you foward me.
