best genomic DNA isolation for Southern?

I have not isolated DNA for Southern analysis in a few years and thought I
should troll for opinions as to the current best/fastest/easiest procedure
before going back to my ancient proteinase K digestion/phenol extraction
protocol.  I will be isolating DNA from tissue culture cells, so I should not
need anything too fancy.
