I don't know a website, but from what I remember it should be a stretch
of 3-9 nt, mainly A's / G's,  separated from the start codon by 5-10 bp.
You should be able to guess it by eye. Something like AGGAGG would be
good.  What do other people know? I looked it up again in a textbook,
but there wasn't any more information than that.
