I have been using 10mM Tris pH7.5, 50mM NaCl, 2.5mM EDTA in 50% Ethanol. ......................................................................... Anyone out there know what is in the "New wash" buffer listed in the gene clean protocols? I've got the glass milk and NaI. Thanks for any help.
