Freeware to detect small repeats in a sequence

Hello,

I would like to see if i have small repeats (ca 50 bp, I know its
sequence from others genes) in the 5'UTR of my genes.  With Clustlaw it
only show the best alignment. Is there any freeware for Mac where we can
play with the degeneracy...or gaps.....and get the different
possibilities.
