Martin,
each ELISA is different, and has to be optimized. You will have to titrate
your antigen batch. Also, you are not saying how you expressed it (high,
medium or low level), and what you want to do with it.
But in general, you will have to dilute it quite a bit, as ELISAs tend to be
quite sensitive
