Hi Netters, Have anyone tried to transfect Jurkat cells with polyethyleneimine? I am looking for a cheap and easy transfection protocol for Jurkat cells, and I need a relatively high effficiency. DMRIE-C from Life Tech. should work fine but it is expensive. Cheers Jens
