Questions about half-life of fluorescene label for CGH

Dear all,

We have applied Avidin-Fluorescein and Anti-Digoxigenin-Rhodamine for signal 
detection in CGH experiment.  We would like to know their half life and how 
long we can keep the labelled slides without significantly signal 
degradation.
