CGH software

[Wilson CHAN]

Dear all,

We are currently using QCGH for CGH image analysis.  However, the software 
is not a good choice.  We would like to find a more powerful software for 
CGH image analysis.  Could anyone can tell us any software is the best 
choice and where can I get it/them.
