non-isotopic Northern

Hi, everybody outside, I am trying to set up a non-radioactive Northern
blot with biotinylated antisense RNA probes, so far without success
(very intense signal of rRNA but no specific signal). I remember that
somebody posted some time ago a very detailed protocol for that, but I
am not able to find it. Any other suggestion will be very welcome.
