here you can retrieve all the old posts. The fact that you are getting
rRNA bands is a "good" sign, meaningyour message is expresssed, but
maybe your RNA is slightly degraded. This is a problem especially when
you are working with a less abundant message.
We have found you need to work fast, and don't freeze-thaw your RNA too
often. Preferably load it onto the gel the same session you isolate it.
