Soluble expression

Andrew Hayhurst published a paper earlier this year dealing with improving
solubility of scFv's in E. coli:

Prot. Express. Purific. 18, 1-10 (2000).  He found amino fusions with
maltose binding protein helped a good deal, whereas carboxy fusions did not.
