On a similar note, does anyone know what happens to blots (Hybond N+)
if these mishaps occur:
1) Left on blotting apparatus for nearly a week (alkali 0.4M NaOH)?
2) Left in cooled to room temp stripping solution (0.1% SDS) after
stripping, for nearly a week?
Cheers
