Ponceau S staining problem...

I second the comment on making sure SDS is gone.  I usually rinse my blots 
a few times in water, then rock for a few minutes in water just to make 
sure the SDS is gone (on my immobilon, the sheeting vs beading of the 
water changes).  I then stain using 0.1% (w/v) Ponceau S in 5% HOAc.
