restriction enzymes for AFLP

Hi Thomas,

I have been considering the same thing.  While I cannot speak from experience, I
do have some references about other enzymes used for AFLP.  Hind III/MseI was
used in some, and ApaI/TaqI, PstI/TaqI were used in others.  Sse (methylation
sensitive)/MseI combination was used in an AFLP study of different plant organs,
which I thought was interesting.  If you want the references, you can send me an
email.  I'd be happy to give them to you.
