Topoisomerase Purification

Hi!
I am planning to express the Vaccinia topoisomerase I in an expression
vector and purify the protein. I have the beasic references from Steward
Shuman. I would like to ask for tips and tricks from someone who did this
before (ie. what plasmid to use, what tag to use). I am open to any
suggestion.
