E. coli sans inclusion bodies

Please specify what you mean by incl. bodies. Protein inclusion bodies in
transformants, or PHA, polyphosphate, etc., granules? If the first, then
many have succeeded in expressing soluble proteins. If the second, I
wouldn't doubt that someone made mutants that do not depot polymers.
