Atractyloside vs. carboxyatractyloside

What's different between these two (please, no answers like "one has a
carboxy group, the other doesn't"). I mean which is more potent at
inhibitng ANT. Are they differently soluble. Any preferred suppliers -
other than the obvious calbiochem or sigma?
