Creatine phosphate and RNA degradation assay

I am about to try to do a nuclear RNA degradtion assay and one of the
components of the degradtion reaction mix is creatine phosphate.

Doers anyone have any knowledge about making up creatine phosphate
solutions and their stability and trouble shooting degradation assays?

Any help would be most appreciated.
