LIGHT CYCLER

HI..
    Some time back, there was a few answers regarding the light cycler in
this group.  I remember that it was about the drawback of the light cycler
(Roche's) over the normal PCR machines.  I can't remember what it was. Can
anyone tell me the drawbacks and advantages the light cycler has over
traditional thermal cyclers?
