Hi All, RE the assay of lacZ reporter gene activity. Does anybody know if there is a fluorescent substrate available (such as a 4-MUF substrate) which I could use for such an assay, instead of the traditional ONPG method? If so, what is/where could I find the substrate and the protocols for such an assay? Thank you, Marina
