Western from small biological samples

Hi all,

I am wondering if any of you have tried Western from small biological
samples, say from less than 1,000 cells.  I have seen results of "micro
Western" in a meeting once, but I am still looking for protocols for that.
If you know any protocols, books and/or papers, I will very appreciate to
see them.
