Hi We need to extract total RNA from plum leaf and bark tissue for the detection of RNA viruses by RT- PCR. Does anyone have a reliable extraction method for this purpose. Alternatively, does anyone have a method that bypasses the RNA extraction step (excluding Immunocapture, we have no access to antibodies). Thanks Johan Burger
