DNA-binding protein

Hi all,

I have a novel protein which is localized to the cell nucleus. I would
like to see if it binds any DNA or RNA. The DNA mobility shift assay or
the yeast 1-hybrid assay is meant to look for a protein that binds to a
particular DNA seq. It is not suitable in this case. Does anyone know of
a protocol that test whether a protein binds to any DNA or RNA at all?
