Fishing DNA with Dynabeads !!

Hi, 

If you designed a pcr linker, that was 5' biotynalated, with a
corresponding overhang and ligated it to your digested DNA and then FISHed
out the linker using magnetic beads then that should work. I've used the
system myself in FAFLP and for clean ups- if you want further details then
