96 well plant genomic prep

dear all,

i was wondering if any one has developed a plant genomic prep in a 
96 well format?  the starting material will be about 100-200mg of 
fresh barley tissue and we are looking to get as much DNA as 
possible.  we would be using the DNA for PCR mostly.  obviously, 
the qiagen plant prep looks attractive, but the cost seems a bit high.

any help would be much appreciated.
