Does anyone know of any references for optimal centrifuge speeds for seperation of serum from whole blood for polyclonal antibody production? I seemed to remember some guidelines from one of the centifuge makers but can't seem to remember the values. I looking into volumes around 50ml. Thanks, Brian Hess
