As far as the formatting of the sequence goes, the freeware software pDRAW32
will do that for you. It will also optionally include protein translation,
restriction sites and primer sites along the sequence, which can optionally
be formatted either single or double stranded. The entire text may be copied
as formatted text and pasted into e.g. Word or Powerpoint, where any
additional annotations may be added.
