pH-charge software

Hi,

Does anybody know a source of a free program that will calculate net charge of my protein as a function of pH?  It does not have to factor in the effect of microenvironment.  Ironic thing is that I have found one on the net few month ago but did not bookmark it and now all my searches return junk.
