hi all, has anyone used enyme mismatch cleavage for detection of mutations? Pharmacia/Amersham have the passport kit that is based on T4 endonuclease VII. Anyone any experiences or suggestions for alternative techniques (we want to screen cDNA pieces in the range of 1-5 kb for unknown mutations). TIA bruno
