Hi all, does anyone know the composition of promega's TNT reaction buffer for coupled transcription/translation? Or any other buffer that works in this system? I found an older posting in this newsgroup giving a reference which we actually do not have in our library (Craig et al., NAR 20, 4987-4995, 1992). Any comment is welcome. Regards, Stephan
