Having cloned a 2.1 kb cDNA into pCDNA3 and selected out for stable MCF-7 
breast cancer cells in G418 I now appear to be detecting specific transcripts 
of a smaller size from the stables when I compare RNA from transiently and 
stably transfected cells respectively any idea why?
