Hi all,
Just a question: When I transfect E. coli (HB 101) with a
vector that contains an E. coli gene (cDNA for beta
glucuronidase), could it be that recombination occurs?
I did a maxiprep but couldn't find any visible precipitate in the
eluate. The bugs were growing in LB-Amp...
All input is welcome
