Transcription factors

Dear all,

I would like to take a prokaryotic genome and search it for 
transcription factor footprints. Is there any free software or web 
based resources that will enable me to do that. Ideally I would like 
to be able to specify which transcription factor I am interested in 
or supply my own footprint.
