I am getting a ~70kD band for a ~20kD protein in SDS-PAGE. While other proteins, e.g. p53, migrate well according to their size in the same sample and same gel. I would appreciate if you could help me solve this problem. Thanks in advance. Regards Gurjit Gurjit Sidhu ---
