Hi, does anybody know how much Plasmid DNA (ng?) can be electroporated without loosing efficiency? We are using DH10B cells from Life Techn (40ul per electroporation). It is important to know because we are constructing a libary. The company is suggesting 100ng/shot. Dirk ---
