Favourite gene name?

Hedgehog (I seem to recall drosophila embryos having "spikes") and,
following from that, sonic hedgehog (and also indian hedgehog and even
desert hedgehog)

Tinman (no heart, i think, in zebrafish) and heart of glass,

and, 18 wheeler (in embryonic cells that migrate a long way) and Toll in
Drosophila.

I'm sure there must be some names derived from Tolkien or even Star
Trek.
