> Does anybody know a method to determine the concentration of Urea in an

Sigma sells a kit to do it. It uses urease, which degrades urea to ammonia
and CO2. The ammonia is then detected using a color reaction. Using
standards one can then easily determine how much urea is in your solution.
Check www.sigma-aldrich.com, Sigma Diagnostics, product 640. No
affiliations, just a satisfied user. Used it to determine urease
activity in bacterial lysates, actually)
hope this helps
