If I want to concentrate a DNA sample, let's say from 20 ng/µl to 100 ng/µl, the best way is : ethanol/NaCl precipitation or dry-vacuum ? I would prefer dry-vacuum, so what are the effects on DNA for subsequent manipulations like sequencing reactions ? Fabien
