I would like to run a protein sample on SDS-PAGE, transfer it to Nitrocellulose, and probe the nitrocellulose with single-stranded, end-labeled DNA. I've looked for a protocol in Current Protocols, to no avail. Can anyone help me out? Is this what is termed "Far Western"? Any protocol references and practical advice would be hugely appreciated -- Stephen
